i think it would be cool if there was a 'serious' alternative to marvels goofy shit but, the lesson they are taking from snyder's failures is that they need to be more light hearted, not, that they need to write serious content better

the whole rise of vapourwave is a reaction to where the establishment is now.... the establishment has mastered being 'cool'... that's why all their old corporate machinery has been left idle for artists to play in.
that's why they don't make terrible shit like 'inspector gadget' or 'mr magoo' anymore... they make competent shit with the veneer of hipness.
